Information You Submit
Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the outside provider that supplies results. Our own servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you send us a message, we receive the details you choose to provide and use them to answer you.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems create routine logs that may include an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. We review aggregate patterns to maintain the service and learn which resources visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.
How Information Is Used
These limited data help us operate the site, troubleshoot faults, measure traffic, and refine content. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to government portals, Utah County and state offices, library collections, and outside search services. Information submitted to any linked service is controlled by that service's policy. The same applies to sponsored results supplied by an outside company.
Who Might See Your Data
Service providers that host and support this site process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We will disclose data if a valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
How We Protect Your Data
The site is served over an encrypted connection. We retain server logs only as long as needed for the purposes above. Because we do not run accounts, there is no password or profile of yours to breach on this site.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Rights
The Utah Consumer Privacy Act, Utah Code Title 13, Chapter 61, gives eligible consumers rights that may include access, deletion of consumer-provided data, portability, and opt-outs from covered sale or targeted advertising. A correction right took effect July 1, 2026. Because we retain little information, a request will usually involve our contact mailbox or server logs. Use the Contact page to submit one. Government records held by Springville, Utah County, or Utah agencies remain outside our control, so correction or protection requests for those records must go to the custodian.
